Take your bicycle
There’s plenty of bicycle parking right in front of Godsbanen, our conference venue. Ask in advance if you need changing or shower facilities.
Go by train
You can also take the train to Aarhus. Look at DSB
It is less than 3 hours from Copenhagen and about 4 hours in the train from Hamburg, Germany.
Take the bus
Aarhus is well connected by bus
There are several bus lines from Copenhagen, Hamburg, Berlin, Cologne and elsewhere with FlixBus
Fly to the conference
Billund Airport (BLL): Biggest international airport nearby. Direct connections including Amsterdam, Brussels, Frankfurt, Munich, Paris and London.
Aalborg Airport (AAL): Direct connections to: Amsterdam, Barcelona, Copenhagen, London, Oslo, Stavanger, Stockholm and Torshavn.
Aarhus Airport (AAR): Direct connections to Copenhagen, Helsinki, London, Malaga, Munich, Oslo and Stockholm.
From Aarhus and Billund airports there are direct shuttles to Aarhus city centre, and Aalborg is an easy train ride

No problem. Park right at venue – make sure to observe parking rules and pay accordingly.
