17:10 – 18:30
Meet at the registration desk for a small guided tour of Aarhus Highlights include Hesitation of Light, former Gestapo HQ, Latin Quarter, Endless Connections, Magic Mushrooms, and the famous Rainbow Panorama.
18:30 – 22:00
On the evening of Conference Day #1, everybody who has arrived in Aarhus is welcome to join us for an informal evening dinner in a nice setting. Our friends at Manyone at hosting us on Åboulevarden 31 and the pizzas will be from Il Locale
06:30 – 07:00
Join the morning run to prepare for a day of learning and networking. We will run about 25 minutes at a relaxed pace. We meet at Godsbanen on the corner of Skovgaardsgade and Sonnesgade
18:00 – 21:30
All participants and speakers are invited to the conference networking dinner. This is quite a popular one and we will once again be at the one and only Aarhus Street Food
18:30 – 22:00
Those still around and with some energy left are invited for one final, nice post-conference dinner. You’ll get a chance to talk with colleagues, and other participants over a glass (or two!) of wine or beer before leaving Aarhus. This year we will visit Marais, a charming new restaurant with a good kitchen on Guldsmedgade.
Jetlag reception
18:00 – 21:00
If you arrive early and are in town on Monday, do join our informal Jetlag Reception (with or without jetlag) starting at 18:00 at Drudenfuss. It’s a relaxed start, where you can make new friends and be a part of the conversation from the beginning. Just turn up when you can.
